Olmesartan Medoxomil 20mg Tablets Manufacturers:-| Olmesartan Medoxomil (Benicar) is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist used to reduce and control hypertension (high blood pressure), helps prevent strokes, heart attacks and kidney problems.
Adult Hypertension Dosage must be individualized. The usual recommended starting dose of Benicar is 20 mg once daily when used as monotherapy in patients who are not volume-contracted. For patients requiring further reduction in blood pressure after 2 weeks of therapy, the dose of Benicar may be increased to 40 mg.

Side Effects:- Dizziness or  lightdedness may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching, swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness,trouble breathing.
