Dextromethorphan hydrobromide is a non-narcotic antitussive ingredient which suppresses a cough by
performing its central action on the main cough center in the medulla oblongata. Phenylephrine HCL
ingredient is a mydriatic and a decongestant that helps in stimulating postsynaptic alpha-receptors,
further, leads to vasoconstriction and reduces nasal congestion. Chlorpheniramine Maleate comes with
an H1 antihistaminic activity and helps in getting relieve from sinus congestion, sinus pressure,
watery eyes, runny & itching nose, sour throat and sneezing related issues.
