Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. It  reduces fever by affecting an area of the brain that regulates our body temperature (the hypothalamic heat-regulating center). Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose).  It is used to relieve a stuffy nose from allergies, colds, or sinus problems. Levocetirizine HCl is an antihistamine. This medicine is used to treat or prevent symptoms of allergies. It is also used to help reduce itchy skin rash and hives.

Mild upset stomach, trouble sleeping, dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, nervousness, shaking, or fast heartbeat may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Side Effects:-  Tired feeling, stuffy nose, sinus pain, sore throat, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, dry mouth, weight gain, drowsiness, weakness, Fast, pounding, or uneven heartbeat. This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur.
